Hello,

Longtime purchaser and never had this problem. I have selected the option to have each members picks emailed to me and as of last night sometime between 10-12PM EST, I have no longer received any emails with entries despite many longtime members entering picks.

My pool is at http://www.mysideline.com/u/16014/collegebbmens/default.htm

I am guessing the email server may be clogged up as I tried a test bracket and never got anything. Please let me know ASAP what I can do and if all these picks can be sent through to me. I have confirmed the users are also not getting the emailed copy of their picks sent to them as well.

Same with my users. Emails are not coming through as of last night.

Emails are being sent from the server but it's most likely on the receiving end being treated as spam/junk mail.  My suggestion would be to change your receipt method to be All Entries In One File rather than Each Entry By E-Mail to avoid any chance of email getting blocked by your provider.

I changed to All Entries In One File and all of the entries came down. Thanks

I am not getting the emails either.  I checked with my email provider, and they said they are not seeing any emails coming into their system.  Last entry I received was at 10:33 PM Central last night.

Thank you!  I was able to download from file...thank goodness, however would love to still receive the original emails.

I am able to get the entries as well however the original emails would be ideal(as well as sending the emails to the entrants that entered the picks).

I think the stuck emails just all went through.  Still looking into what happened but it looks like it started last night around 11PM.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
