Error Code 1003

When i attempt to enter my turbotourney.com login information into the software, I get a 1003 error code. I am entering the correct info and cannot figure out what is wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

I am using evaluation copy still.

We figured out they had some special characters in their password that was causing the issue so they changed their password and were able to get it to work.  Can you check if you might be having the same issue?

Fixed,it was a password issue,had old password in the program.
