During the Sign-up process

I know just enough about technology to be dangerous and I can't remember this answer from 2019 so forgive me for the obvious question...

While sign-ups are still in process is there a way for me (pool administrator) to check to see if a player's entry went through?

You can download them and import them into the program, which you will need to do anyways.  Or there is a way just to download the file and you could open it to see who submitted picks.  Is there a reason you wait to download picks and are not importing them into your program prior to the start of the tournament?

How do I do that? The only reason I haven't done that is I can't remember how to do it.
