Up until tonight it's been working fine? Usually a time out would indicate a firewall issue but not always. There's no issues on the server that I am seeing. You've tried disabling the Zip Files in the TurboTourney.com Account Settings screen? You can send me your pool file at support@turbotourney.com and I can update your site if you're still having issues but nothing has changed today that would by any different than yesterday if it was working then.
